Love my body — Privacy policy

Love my body stores health readings, personal details, targets and progress reports locally on your device. The app developer does not receive your health data, create a user account, run analytics or advertising trackers, or send your records to an external server. Progress reports are generated by rules on your device, without a cloud AI service.

Apple Health

With your permission, the app reads supported Apple Health data to display your health history and trends. It requests no permission to write health records. You can change Health permissions in your iPhone settings. Other apps and devices may have separate privacy policies covering how they send readings to Apple Health. Love my body does not directly access Garmin, Fitbit or Google accounts.

Trial and purchases

Apple processes the optional free trial and one-off in-app purchase. The app uses Apple's verified transaction information to determine access and restore purchases. Health records are not included in purchase requests. Apple processes transaction and payment information according to its own privacy policy; the developer does not receive your payment-card details. Deleting health data does not reset an Apple trial or remove a purchase.

Exports, backups and deletion

CSV export creates a copy that you control. Any destination you choose, including iCloud Drive or another service, is outside the app. Device backups may include local app data according to your backup settings. Delete ALL Data removes app-held health records and settings, but does not delete original Apple Health records, files you previously exported, backups, or Apple's purchase history. Automatic imports are paused after deletion until you reconnect them.

Notifications

If enabled, check-in and progress reminders are scheduled locally. You can disable them in Personalise or iPhone notification settings. Notification previews may be visible on your lock screen according to your phone settings.

External links and this website

Following an external reference link opens another website, which has its own privacy policy and may receive connection information such as your IP address. This website has no advertising or analytics scripts. Cloudflare hosts the website and processes connection information to deliver and protect it, separately from health data stored within the app. See https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.

Apple diagnostics

Apple may make crash or diagnostic reports available according to your device and Apple settings. These are used to investigate faults. The app does not include an external analytics SDK.
